A choose opponent ability allows you to select the character your opponent uses in battle against you.
How to PlayEdit
A choose opponent ability used before a blocker is presented forces your opponent to block with the chosen character, instead of allowing them to choose their blocker.
A choose opponent ability used after a blocker is presented withdraws all characters your opponent controls to their owners’ territories and presents the selected character. If any character in battle cannot be withdrawn by the choose opponent ability, then no character can be presented via that ability.
A choose opponent ability is instantaneous. A choose opponent ability targets both the character(s) to be withdrawn from battle and the character to be presented (and the blocking player if no blocker has yet been presented).
- The character targeted to be presented must come from the hand of the player using the choose opponent ability or from a territory.
- A choose opponent ability used before a blocker is presented cannot be interrupted after the ability has completed.
