The King David promotional card was distributed through specially marked boxes of the "Solomon's Temple" board game, also produced by Cactus Game Design. A promotional King Solomon (P) card was also included. The promotion has since been discontinued, though copies of King David have been known to surface in unmarked special packs of the Thesaurus Ex Preteritus expansion.
